Works Well and Easy to Install
This is an excellent motorcycle alarm. I bought it with the optional perimeter alarm. There are only three wires to connect. Two go to the battery terminals and the other to a switched like a tail light. I was able to fit the components under the seat of my 1995 Harley Heritage. When turned on and off using the remote, it gives a readout on the battery strength, a nice feature. The perimeter alarm works very well, letting out a warning and then a full alarm when someone comes near the bike and also alerts the remote. I love it.

Awesome product. Very feature rich for an alarm. I love the perimeter sensor.
I have had this installed for only a month but I really like it. I put it on my BMW S1000R. It was very simple to install. I did install the Perimeter Sensor. Put nice and neat in the little trunk of the S1000R. I have had no issues with mechanical or electronic failures. I did call support once just for some clarification on the remote but support was quick to answer and help. I have tested it in a few scenarios to see how well it worked. I must say it is impressive. I have had several factory installed alarms that didn't work as well as this one. I will try to post again after having it for a while to give more long term impressions but as for now it is great.

I just installed this unit on my 2015 Yamaha R1 and it was easy as pie although my particular bike has like no room to fit the unit I found a way and am very happy with everything the RFID is the way to go keyless arm disarm is the best thing ever I also purchased the plug and play kit and not having to find that 12v to slice into is the way to go just plug and play just like it says the only thing I had issues with and it was my own fault was I had the module plugged in as I was attaching the power and ground to the battery and the alarm started sounding and didn’t stop for about 20 minuets lol wasn’t fun but as long as you read the instructions first you won’t have my problem and last thing I called tech hotline and they were the best super helpful and amazing customer service I recommend this alarm for any motorcyclist out there that wants their bike safe and secure from theft

Great features and build quality.
I bought this for a Ducati Panigale 1299. the installation was straight forward. the cable routing was a bit of a challenge due to the design of the bike. The setup was plug and play and did not require any complicated steps. The remotes came pre-programmed so it was just a matter of plugging everything in. I would suggest that they add a couple more Velcro adhesives and may be an inch or two of extra slack on the main wiring harness. The perimeter sensor is accurate and the two-way alarm work great. I haven't tested it over a long distance.

Easy installation and Support was helpful
2013 Triumph Bonneville - Installation was easy. Also bought perimeter sensor, ignition disable & RLink. Support was very helpful. Plan on buying another unit for second bike. Only issue is that the Bonnie’s battery was at the end of its life span. Which disabled the bike. Once battery was replaced everything worked fine. With regard to Support I called once during installation and a second time when the bike was disabled. Very helpful in both instances.

Do NOT Purchase this garbage with false support
Garbage product with false support. nstalled and was very happy for a few months. The first time the remote battery was low and recharged it quite functioning after less than 6 months. They refused to support after providing me an RMA and telling me to send it in. So the product malfunctions and you get NO support!
