The product arrived on time. The taste is little bitter and the bitterness depends on how much quantity you are taking it. Just started consuming it need to wait for the results.

I think it would be good to add some dosage instructions to the product, but it seems to work well.

TBH I prefer the capsules. The powder is kind of gross and doesn't mix well. I was putting it in a water bottle filled with juice. Then I shake it up, and most the powder cakes up against the inner ridges. That's my only problem. Other than that; I found it was great mood evener. I tend to get a little manic, so this seemed to help.

I have not tried it for long so its effects, i can not judge. Its does smell and taste very earthy and its a great price for the product. the package was completely full. The only problem is that it does not re-seal.

The product has a pungent smell and I couldn't find myself using it. I actually tossed it in the garbage.
