I’ve always been sceptical of these products as I once used a cheap one and it was rubbish. You get what you pay for with this product. After using it for 2 days I now have no blackheads on my chin for the first time in 15 years. The suction is incredibly strong so use on the lowest setting until you get used to it. I have bruised slightly under one eye as I didn’t adjust the settings for sensitive areas. Follow the instructions completely. I definitely recommend using it either after a shower or after holding a warm flannel to your face to open your pores. I am using this along with a face steamer and the combined results are incredible.

Been using it for a few weeks now. My advice would be to follow the instructions and take extra care if you have sensitive skin. Do not hold it in 1 area for more then 2 seconds! I didn't notice a huge difference at first but as I got better at preparing my face the blackheads came out much easier. I have tried cheaper versions , but they were a waste of time, so I am glad I pain a little extra for getting something that works. x

So far, my experience with this product has been positive! It is important to follow the instructions and use this device correctly. When I have blackheads, I make sure to either take a hot shower or steam my face in order to open the pores, then, while my face is still wet, I use the device on the middle setting. It's incredible how much oil and dirt comes out. Just make sure to not leave it on the same spot on your face for more than 2 seconds or it is likely to bruise. My face always feels nice and soft after using this device and I always make sure to moisturise afterwards. That is critical.

The vacuum does pull out a lot of gunk from your skin but it can be quite uncomfortable on the higher settings, used regularly I have noticed an improvement in my skin, the small spots I get under the skin are removed easily but does have trouble on blackheads on the bridge of the nose due to not being a flat surface.

I received it today and couldn't wait any longer to try it out. I must say, I really like it!In the beginning I was a bit shocked how strong the suction is even on the lowest setting, it wasn't really pleasant tbh, but it did a fantastic job, leaving my skin very clean and pores look so much smaller than before, I can see the skin is now brighter and cleaner. It did leave few marks on my face, but I think purely because I'm still getting used to using it. The marks disappeared by the end of the day. I would recommend doing it before you go to sleep so you have the night to recover. Definitely do not use it before you go out. Make sure you do it after shower or steam treatment and always use plenty of moisturizer after you're done.I am very excited about this product. You did a great job! Excellent tool if used correctly. All the bad reviews are from people who are not using it correctly. This tool will cause redness but it will go within a day or so. Overusing of this equipment WILL damage your skin. Use common sense and stop giving this product unjust bad reviews. The product is of high quality, strong suction, nicely packaged and is backed by amazing customer service. Buy this one.

This was a really good investment. Brought this a while ago because I really wanted to test and make sure we were happy with the results, after use.You have to be careful on how you vacuum and sucktion out the blackhead so u suggest you do some background research with a combination of the manual the box is provided with. The Manual did explain clearly in detail how to maneuver properly so you weren't just left with what parts to put where. What I enjoyed most, was, the many different parts the set come with, you got so many options and changes you can make - felt exciting and adventurous. You can switch up the pressure to adjust the level. The results, I have and my husband have clean noses :)It was a present I gifted to my husband but I got to use it too. Value for money this is, and has some good reviews as well.Overall I'm satisfied and will definitely be recommending this product.The delivery and finishing of the box was impeccable and hygienic as you would have expected. I liked the detailing of the product. The welcome email before the product arrived was a nice touch for the company. Thank you for finally having a reliable product on the market.

I've been looking at this kind of product for a while and could never decide whether it was a gimmick or if they worked.I'm pleasantly surprised - it really does! Very easy to use, found the instructions simple and I like having different nozzles / settings for each action. Happy with the purchase.
