Stella Artois Foam Skimmer for the real Beer Snob
I was absolutely surprised at the weight of this item. Truly thought it would be just a plastic knife and that is not what you will get. It feels classy and the steel skimmer has a special sheen to it so it will look very nice on your bar.

Beer Skimmer
Not to many people know what a beer skimmer is used for, how it works is after you pour your draft beer you let the head foam over slitly, then swipe the flat of the skimmer to cut off the extra foam and this in turn seals in the flavor and carbonation of the beer, making a good beer taste even better. this skimmer I ordered works perfect for that, very high quality. So if a skimmer is what your looking for I would highly recomend this one.

Look for better
Although it looks great, the metal part does not run the length of the handle and a maybe 3 inch drop caused the handle to break. Definitely not worth the price.
