The first water bottle I ordered from this company months ago was AMAZING. The one I just ordered & received was defective. The silicone ring is twisted so the water leaks from the top. The engraving is still beautiful and well-done! When I contacted the seller, they were SO quick to replace the defective water bottle with no questions asked. Top-notch seller!!

I ordered these Water Bottles as a gift for the Hostesses of my upcoming Bridal Shower. They are terrific, and a great gift for any occasion. Most people carry water bottles around with them these days.The bottles are sturdy yet lightweight. What I like about these, and I looked at several others, is the personalized name is Engraved, therefore less fading when washing.Each bottle was individually packaged in a separate box, and all the boxes were then placed in a larger box. These came within days of ordering. I’m super excited to give these to my hostesses!

I still love this water bottle. It keeps my water cold when I need it to. I could put ice in it before bed and it's still there in the morning. Or like before I go to work in the morning and the ice is still there by early afternoon. I love the color I picked, the lavender purple. I've only dropped it once and it was fine!!I highly recommend this water bottle!!! P.S. the engraving looks amazing!!
