no is the answer you would need to add a addition relay for the sensor to operate to act as a switch

Q: Can I install three of these units To control the same lights, ie a stairwell with a front door light and two other lights, one on each floor

I’ve not used mine yet but on looking at it it’s a single pole so I believe that you can’t use three sensors on one light you could try wiring each one separately going with separate lines to light fitting on the assumption only one switch at a time should power light ! But please check and be careful I’m just thinking it through out loud and can’t guarantee the thoughts are correct. Thanks
