I've had no issues with the operation of this mask. My skin began to purge after a few uses. It was the serum that was causing that. I was having headaches after using. I resolved that by not walking around with it strapped to my head. I use it first thing in the morning, laying in bed with it sitting on my face, eyes closed. I do gently peels weekly and TCA every few months and deep microneedling. This is helpful in speeding the peeling and healing. I've also seen improvement in the appearance of two scars. Very pleased so far.

I have owned this mask since August 2020.....I love it. I think light therapy is amazing for anti-aging as well as other benefits. This company has amazing customer service. When I first bought my device....the mask had a chip on the nose. I contacted customer service because this is a spendy device.....they sent me a replacement mask right away. Great customer service as well as an amazing product. You can feel this mask working immediately. It keeps my skin looking smooth and wrinkle free. As with any skincare....you have to be consistent if you want to see results. It's also great to prevent wrinkles from even starting. I highly recommend this mask.

I purchased this mask in June and I've used it on and off since then. I think I will start using it daily now, because I have noticed more firmness in my skin. The texture is also finer; my skin is not so rough. It's very easy to use and there is no discomfort at all. No yellow or blue light and it seems to help with sleeping too. I had an issue with the lights turning orange. I contacted the seller and they got back to me within 24 hours with an easy fix. Great customer service.

i have been using this for months it is light weight i myself see a difference but full disclosure i also started collagenhere’s the deal You must be consisted if not don’t bother i use it every night for the full 20 min i didn’t say anything to anyone i wanted to see if they would notice and they did not right away but they noticedstick with it consistently is the key

I've had this mask since Nov 29, 2019 and I use it about 5 times a week and I have noticed my skin pumping up and having a healthier look to it (slowly). It doesn't help acne (I read blue light is for acne but not sure)

I got my mask two days ago. I charged it for 3 hours as instructed, and the red lights came on and all was well. I set the treatment time to 20 minutes. About 15 minutes into the treatment, the lights dimmed to a dark yellow (amber color). I recharged the remote for over 8 hours and tried again today. The mask started up, but did not appear to be red as before, just a dark yellow. Also, at the end of the 20 minutes session, the charge was almost gone. The mask does not appear to be holding its charge.Please advise. I hope to resolve this issue without having to send the product back for a refund. Thank you - SG

I heard ECO LED Mask is popular in Korea and it is a great product as I heard. I've used a week now and my face is getting brighter everyday. I'm so happy that I was able to get LED mask with reasonable price.
