I love this coconut oil. I use it with a cholesterol/argan oil conditioner to do my weekly deep conditioning on my hair (no relaxer, tight curl pattern, and with color). For that process, I shampoo my hair, saturate it in the coconut oil, add the cholesterol/argan oil conditioner, and then sit under the heated dryer (bonnet) for ~30 mins. Afterwards, I rinse and condition with cold water and regular conditioner; respectively. After 6 week of this regiment and using better daiy products for moisturizing, my hair texture and health has improved greatly.
