No problems with delivery, so no contact with seller. HOWEVER, the product, this back scrubber, is superb! My first backscrubber I got maybe 20 years ago. My next one was maybe 10 years ago. My third was 1 year ago--and IT was awful. My fourth is this one from SoapSleeve, and it is, as I just said, superb. However, it's even more superb in context. I scoured Amazon and WalMart for back scrubbers, looked at dozens, and every one (except SoapSleeve) looked just as bad as the one I bought last year (and TOSSED the day I first used my new one from SoapSleeve). The problem with all the others is that they're too narrow so they curl into a rope in use, and that the loofah material shreds after only several uses. SoapSleeve has developed a product that simply works. No, it doesn't walk on water or glow in the dark--it just works.

Hands down the best back scrubber ive ever used. Or really, probably the best rag ive ever used in general.There is no chance of the soap coming out of this thing. In fact its almost difficult to get them into the sleeves. I usually like to have just 2 on opposite ends to easily rub together. From there, its like holding 2 rags in your hand and it becomes a breeze cleaning yourself. The long length has made it incredibly easy to loop around legs and my back to get in a real scrubbing.And speaking of scrubbing, dont let the silky looking screenshots fool you. This guy is as rough as any loofah. Its almost to intense, like bathing with sand paper. But honestly in a good way. You will come out with your skin feeling silky smooth. Satisfied with the knowledge that the rough surface should have caught just about anything that might have been sticking to you.The only people i would think that should avoid it would be people with sensitive skin. It is rough and usually bar soaps are a bit more abrasive so you might have a bad time with this. Honestly for me though it has been the best and well worth the price.No more brushes, sponges, or those crappy loofahs on a rope that seem so popular but literally break apart within weeks due to the shabby construction. Im going to be really surprised if this thing doesnt last me for years.

This thing is an absolute godsend. It cleans like you no what and it hold a ton of lather. I use liquid soap instead of the bars as I like to keep it clean after each use. It cleans up fast and easy in the shower. It's rough enough to clean off the dirty grime and it's long enough to go anywhere on your body. From your back, to the bottoms of your feet. I don't recommend that you use it on your neither regions as it hurts like hell when you run it back and forth.Unless your a masochist and like pain. Then by all means go for it enjoy the agony.

I purchased this as an alternative to a back brush. In reading reviews of brushes it seemed as though most of them did not last long, the wood cracked and mildew became a problem. This soap sleeve works very well, you can use your leftover slivers of soap or the little soaps from hotel stays to put in the sleeve. I just hang it on the inside of the shower door to dry. The material feels good on your back and exfoliates your skin like a loofah.

I liked this a lot. If you get it really foamy, it becomes a very thorough cleaning device for your whole body, including those hard to reach places in the middle of your back. I do wish (hence the one-star downgrade) that the ends had a rod of some kind through them, so that you keep the scrubber flat on your back without it flipping around or scrunching up. But that's just a "nice to have" not a "must have", which, if they do it in the next version, will definitely earn them a five from this satisfied customer.

It's been... months? since I got this. Good time to review it then, right? I still have it, no tears and I've been treating it decently. I believe that its exfoliating quality has deteriorated after all this time, but I still feel like it has some left and just being able to scratch/clean my back gives it a huge thumbs up.It's a bit of a work out to clean my back now, since I need to do a back-and-forth motion more often now that it doesn't exfoliate as hard anymore.I agree with the reviews that it can be REALLY HARD, like sandpaper when you first get it. It wears down though, the more you use it. I toughed up and used it gently over my skin. Eventually, water and use will lessen the sandpaper quality.I'm a small girl, got the regular size and it's still very long for me. By small, I'm under the US national average height (5'4" - really? I'm 5' even) and with the proportionally correct, small torso.I DO recommend buying it. If you want to clean your back. It loofs up pretty well. Actually, one brand of soap gives a LOT of bubbles and stuff while another, not so much. So it can depend on what soap you're using. I never tried it with actual, solid soap bars before.It can be weird holding it. My advice: don't think about how it should properly be used. Use it however you want; hold it however you want. Slip your hands in and scrub at certain parts. Or hold the ends like a rag for other boy parts. Bundle it and scrub however you like.

Only used it a few times so far but it seems to be everything it's advertised to be. I don't use soap but it works well with shower gel too. Feels good and 'scratches' that spot I can't otherwise reach. Color was correct, navy blue.

After ordering countless expensive back brushes that are too soft/too stiff and grow mold after a month, I'm happy to have come across this item.It's awesome! It's really easy to clean with the shower head right after you use it. The texture is just right for exfoliating and it really suds up well with soap. If you're like me and you go to the gym a lot it's important to exfoliate your back if you don't want to look like a pepperoni pizza. I'll never use a brush again. I would definitely recommend this product.
