Good base
It makes my nail polish last longer but its quite a job taking it off, so I have learnt to apply the thinnest coat and just one is enough to get the desired benefit

Definitely Quick Dry!
Just used this tonight & so impressed with how quickly it dried! I’m always looking for ‘speed dry’ items when it comes to my nails so have used lots of different ones & this is one of the best I have come across.

Dry's fast, nails feel nice and strong. Used with the same brand Top coat. Would certainly recommend both products for smooth, strong, nice looking nails.

I can rely on Revlon.
I do like Revlon nail polish, base coat and top coat. Even when using them myself they always give a professional finish.
