Love this sign. Works perfectly. Would buy again. Software update has fixed the issue with sign not connecting to the android app. Bright lights. Auto turns on and off when I have it set to. Conveniently has a remote that goes on my keyring that allows me to manually turn the sign off and back on if I have to leave the office.You won't find another sign like this. Yes this is the one you're looking for. Buy it.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great open sign that displays your business hours by day.Highly customizable light display allows you to match the lights to your shops color scheme.Remote on-off switch to ease turning it off.There is an app associated with this sign to make the color schemes even easier to customize.I highly recommend this open sign for any business.

UPDATE: have had the sign for over a year. We had it unplugged for long periods of time due to not being open due to Covid. It does NOT like to reconnect to blue tooth easily. I’ve learned to remove any other smart devices on/near me (Fitbit watch). Shut off the blue tooth for any other devices, then delete the sign app, reinstall, unplug sign, plug in and then it connects. I’ve had to reinstall the app twice before to make it work. Otherwise it’s a great product still, just crappy that it struggles to connect to blue tooth.Everything arrived in a timely manner and in one piece. I love that this has blue tooth (which was super easy to connect to). It has easy set up for hours, changing of colors and a built in timer that you can customize to turn on/off as you desire. Like previous reviews state, it is hard to read (especially in the sunlight). You see the "white" lines of the non lit lights and its just a mess. Some reviewers stated they used window tint on those lines. I cut tiny pieces of black card stock and taped them onto the sign, covering those "white" non lit lights. Easily removable for when I need to change our hours. It would be nice if the company would send tiny black "window cling" stickers to cover up those spots for easier viewing! Other than that, product has been working fine! (I've only had it for a day...) Will update further down the road if something changes!

The hours do not show up on the sign in bright daylight. Did not work on entrance of my store. Easy to program on app and would work great out of direct sunlight.

As the title suggests, the app that is supposed to control this sign is useless. It worked great the first few months, but then the app stopped connecting. Now the sign doesn't even appear on my list of Bluetooth devices to connect to. Maybe it's the app, maybe it's the sign itself that is the problem. Either way I have an overpriced sign with no way to use the features that it came with. I've contacted customer support but their suggestions have been if no help at all. 200 bucks wasted. If you're looking into buying this sign, don't. Buy a $50 sign and save yourself some money and the headaches.

I’m very pleased with this sign. It appears to be very well made of quality materials. I am impressed with the many options for light colors & combinations. Manual programming of the times is a bit tedious but the programming buttons have a very solid & positive feel when they are pressed. Also, this makes it less likely that one might be accidentally pressed & mess up the display information.The Bluetooth app works well and allows the user to quickly & easily make further adjustments.It was easy to hang with good chains & mounting hardware that are more than sufficient to support the sign. The power cord is long enough to be able to mount the sign within a reasonable distance from an outlet.I was also pleased to see the company is associated with US Veterans with service related injuries/disabilities.

Like few previous buyers … BlueTooth was not working, App was not workingAlso product (Display) very pricey …On top Seller asked to pay for return … after Amazon step in finally was forces to send a prepaid label. Still waiting for a refund !Not a good experience with this seller …Thank you Amazon for help.

This sign saves us confusing our business window with notices and permanent sticker signs. We needed an easily changeable sign coming out of Covid lockdown and this is perfect with an easy app and now we have seen it will be permanent We have chosen to set led lights to our own colours and very visible now. We are buying another for our second premises. Simple/visible/effective- as a sign should be.

Was für mich nahezu ein Ko Kriterium ist das ein Netzteil dabei ist was in keine deutsche Steckdose passt.Heißt ohne Adapter oder passendes Netzteil ist das ganze nicht nutzbar. Sehr schlecht! Eigentlich Null Sterne.Normaler Weise liegt ein passendes Netzteil bei oder ein was entsprechende Adapter aller Europäischen Normen hat.Was man bei einem doch recht teuren Produkt einbauen könnte ware ein Timer für die ein/ausschaltzeit der Openbeleuchtung. Gut eine Fernbedienung liegt bei. Und statt nur Zeit oder closed , nach Absprache oä.Ansonsten recht gut gelungen helle Farben die sich beliebig einstellen lassen. Besonders gefällt mir das bei ausgeschalteter Openbeleuchtung trotzdem die Arbeitzeiten beleuchtet bleiben.Tja bleibt noch zu hoffen das es nicht kaputt geht.

I am so impressed. Who gets excited by an open sign? My old one got fried in a power failure...I almost bought the same one again. So glad I didn't.
