Great for cyclists
I use this with my Camelbak MULE pack to keep the mouthpiece from bouncing against my leg when I'm cycling on my road bike and down in the drops. Very annoying to have it bouncing there, and distracting to try and tuck it into a strap somewhere while underway. The mouthpiece end the standard Camelbak tube perfectly, and the base clip is sturdy and stays in place well to provide a way of managing where the tube rests while riding. The magnets are quite strong and just putting the mouthpiece end in the general vicinity gets you a satisfying click as the magnets engage. Would definitely recommend for anyone facing a simliar issue or simply wanting to keep your hydration tube where you want it while being active.

Nifty hydration hose keeper
More convenient than velcro or clips to quickly secure hydration hose when on the move with motor bike.

This completes my Orange Mud Hydration Pack
I run long distance (13+ miles or more) three to four days a week. The bite-valve on my Orange Mud Hydration Pack is held in place by a 1" elastic strap which does not work very well. After nearly 4 months of struggling with the hydration tube either dropping out of the elastic strap or being difficult to break free when I take off the pack, I decided to purchase this magnetic clip. It takes about 30 seconds to add to the tube and pack. It took me less than 30 seconds of use to fall in love with it.If you have an Orange Mud or other hydration pack and it doesn't have a magnetic clip, give this a try!

Exactly like the USWE magnet clip
I like double magnets for my hydration packs. Perfect fit and a little cheaper than the USWE official magnet.

Perfect for hiking, running, and just general use.
I've been wanting one of these for a while now, and the price was just about right to pick it up, so I went ahead and grabbed it.My first impression is that the magnet is strong enough to withhold running/hiking, but will definitely break contact when snagged on something. I've taken it on a couple of trail runs already and it was great!I intend on using this on my CamelBak during Spartan Races... so I will update with results upon completion of my next race (in March). Although, I anticipate that it should be just fine.

Needed to ziptie the strap clip to keep it from falling off. Updated: Go for the CamelBak version
Updated Review 10/27/16I bought this for $7 and don't know why it's selling for $20 now, it's barely worth the $7. After a while the strap clip fell of with even the zip tie, long thin strip of packing tape I wrapped around multiple times ended up working in the long run. This magnet works but I just bought the CamelBak magnet and it is much better. The strap clip fits perfectly on 3/4 inch webbing which is usually the size of the webbing on the chest strap, and even the webbing that attaches to the bottom and adjusts the shoulder strap tention in some smaller hydration packs(not many I'm sure, most use 1 inch which is too big for both magnet clips). But the strap clip is 100% secure on the CamelBak and the way the magnet attaches is better. When attaching the magnet pops in no mater how you come at it, but to remove it you have to slide it to one direction (set mine to up) so that it's easily removed yet won't come off the magnet when running. This Source clip works for $7 with some tweaking but I say just pay $12 and get the CamelBak Magnetic Drinktube Trap. Much better investment especially if this thing is selling for $20 now.Original Review 04/23/15They sent me an orange one and the color doesn't matter too much but the the one in the picture is black so they should have sent a black one. My pack is black and grey so would have liked it to match. On top of that as a couple of other reviews has stated the clip can slip off of the strap but easy fix with a small zip tie as you can see in the picture I added. Other than that the hose clip fit great on both my Geigerrig hose and my High Siera hose without restricting flow at all, and strong magnet that doesn't fall off. Great idea but execution was somewhat lacking. They could have come up with a much better clip for the strap and hose side works fine but I'm sure they could have come up with a better design for the hose clamp as well. Still works great for me so 4 stars but I can see it not working so well for others. Loses a star for faulty strap clip... Shouldn't need a zip tie.
