Cajun Injector 16 Ounce Creole Butter Marinade

This use to be so good. Since Zatteran bought the company it just taste blah. Could t taste the injections when i did my last turkey. So I did some drumsticks. They were huge I injected them and were again just blah. My recommendation make your own and save your money.

This is SOOO good injected into a turkey breast! I have tried it in a chicken, also!The flavor is spicy, but not hot.. lovely taste and richness!Will buy again and again!

This has a bit of downward bias as I have never liked injections. This was last injection I used and probably won't do it again. That being said, this particular injection has the same problem others do as it has a tendency to saturate some areas more than others even if injection areas are spaced well. The problem, I've found is more pronounced in poultry than either beef or pork. The second problem, is that this injection has a fair amount of ground herbs that get caught in the injector and also clump up in a small area in the meat itself. Of course, this isn't a problem if you use only broth as an injection for example. The actual flavor of this injection was pretty bad. It tastes completely fake and made me pretty nauseous.

Great marinade for deep frying turkeys! My family loves the Creole Butter marinade injected into the turkeys we deep fry each Thanksgiving. The meat is always moist and the flavor delicious. It's so easy to use and guarantees me a perfect turkey every time. I've also used it successfully with chickens I baked or grilled. Great product!

The package arrived damaged and the product was leaking from the jar. I ordered this during the holidays and I am taking into consideration that deliveries were crazy at that time. It arrived in a small box and was probably crushed underneath some larger ones. Other than that the seasoning was great in our turkey!

This great marinade is used to inject turkey for our annual deep fry turkey party. Have used this product for years. Highly recommend.

This injection was better than the one I had purchased from a big box store, made it more juicy; however, I still was not completely satisfied with the final taste. Maybe, I don't care for the fried turkey recipes as much as I thought I would. I'll keep trying though.

Love this stuff!! Don't make turkey, roast, or even steak without it
