SO COMFORTABLE! Getting out of bed just got harder to do! This is one fantastic Sherpa fleece well made/excellent quality heavy-weight blanket. I really like the color, softness, and extra warmth. This is the one I use in my recliner for the cold months. This will give you the maximum warmth you want when coming inside on a bitter windy day to wrap up in. Whether for yourself or as a great gift idea, these blankets will be appreciated. This unbelievably soft, super warm fluffy fleece blanket exudes luxury. It's so cozy that kids (and even the dogs) will enjoy its comfort. It's really funny watching the dogs! Most fleece blankest sold are approx. 300 GSM. They are really nice light-weight blankets, but are only a bit more than half the weight of the KAWAHOME Sherpa fleece blanket. I also like the UTOPIA 480 GSM reversible fleece blanket. Kids love to wrap up in it. It's funny to watch the dogs enjoy its softness and warmth. These blankets are amazing on a bed, sofa, or a recliner. One can be kept in the vehicle trunk boxed-up for winter emergencies, on the back seat, or used as a make-shift sleeping bag for children. You will experience the fantastic value of these blankets as soon as you use it. Check for sales that occur from time-to-time. Sometimes, they can be purchased as "Like New" or "Very Good" from Amazon. Typically, only the box has some damage but the blanket is perfect.Highly recommend.

This blanket is so soft. My husband is 6'1" and he uses this as a throw. Perfect length for him.It is a little heavier than the average blanket but still perfect. That is why I gave a 3 star for lightweight. I don't think it is supposed to be light. Ordered the gray colour, twin size. definitely worth the money.

Compared to an existing polyester throw I was using, this sherpa / fleece is as warm or better. I use a synthetic medium weight duvet comforter to finish my bed covering. I was very surprised the 1st night by the added weight I felt under the covers! Keep in mind that this is not a woolen stand-alone blanket but a layer of soft feel-good fleece to wrap around you. I machined washed and dried the blanket by itself and no lint! I would have wagered the opposite. For the price, try it and be pleasantly surprised.
