The wooden slats used for the lining are poor quality and not very sturdy. I’ve already broken 5 just barely getting in and out of bed. Aside from that, the bedframe and drawers are lovely once it’s assembled.

All the screws and bolts needed special tools I hd to go to the store to find. Then, with two people, it took us like four hours to build. On the bright side, taking it apart and moving it later on won’t be as difficult since the larger chunks will already be put together.It’s sturdy and doesn’t creak or wiggle. The fabric is nice and modern. The wooden pallets give my already-great mattress even more of a cloud-like feel. The drawers are cheap but will be fine for things that aren’t heavy. Don’t put carpentry tools in there and it should be fine. Lol Tbh, I forgot I had those new drawers until I started writing this review.Had the bed for a few months now. I love it!

I really like this bed frame. My partner and I had one that had been literally falling apart for a while so this is a huge step up. Feels really sturdy and well built to me, I’m definitely on the bigger side and was worried about if it would hold me but it does well so far. It took us about two and a half hours to assemble, there’s a lot of pieces and parts but it becomes pretty intuitive after a while. The directions could be written better for sure but with a little common sense and double checking each other we got the job done. The one thing I would mention (and it doesn’t bother me but it does seem to bother other people in the reviews) is that the drawers are not on a track system or anything. The inside of the drawers have a little knob that slips into a keyhole on the frame. It works well for me and we’re not jerking the drawers around or anything, but maybe for kids this might be a bit of a concern as they could completely pull the drawers out and things might get skewed. Also, the drawers have a ton of storage space but unless you have no nightstand or a floating nightstand, it would be hard to use the drawer nearest to the headboard without moving something. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend if you’re on a budget and consider the particular aspects of the drawers!

My headboard came damaged. There was a hole at the lower part of the headboard, but not that big of a deal since it is now covered by my mattress. The main pain point is how the drawers dont follow a track and that to 'lock' them into place, you actually have to lift them to fit the screw into a little keyhole. I never get it on the first try and end up just pushing the drawer under the bed without locking them.The drawers themselves are okay. They're plastic but still flexible, so I'd be cautious of putting too much weight on them. Also, the headboard itself isn't very tall, so be sure to measure it in terms of your space! We considered getting an adjustable frame to go on top of this, but with the height of that and the mattress, both would've completely covered the headboard, so it's just something to keep in mind.Overall, I'm still pretty happy with my purchase and the drawer thing isn't a huge dealbreaker for me.

The central crossbar bent under my weight within 3 months of assembly. I weigh 180lbs on a queen bed and I never had any "overnight guests." I know this is a design flaw and not an incidental break because I was able to BEND IT BACK BY HAND. That means that structurally its just weak and crappy. Then I tried to get a refund and it took WEEKS. Amazon said the seller was no longer with Amazon and yet....here it is again. Anyways, screw this bed. Also a stupid design flaw: the drawers make up the sides of the bed, so if you want to put your foot on the side of the bed to put on a sock your foots weight will cause the drawer to tilt/cock outward. Also there were CONSTANT alignment problems with the drawers always going in uneven. They have a little locking pin but like who is going to lift up to lock a drawer every damn time you open it. Magnets would have been better. Anyways ya dont buy this

The bed frame looks great after assembled. The drawers did take longer than expected to build but they're very spacious. I ended up in needing to contact customer service on the company's website because the legs on my frame didn't come with the plastic feet, which is a problem due to the possibility of the legs ruining my floor and the center bar has a leg that comes a few inches off the ground. I submitted a request with all the info and a week later it got denied. Of course, I don't have another bed to use so I had to supplement Styrofoam to place under the feet as a temporary solution. I had to then email customer service to explain that no, the plastic feet are not on ANY of the legs even though they're supposed to be manufactured with thr plastic feet already on them. It felt more like an argument with customer service than a conversation to get the issue fixed. CS wanted pictures of all the legs to prove that the plastic feet aren't. I havent been able to do it yet and I'm not sure if I did send them pictures to prove that there are missing parts that I would actually get them without having to do more steps for these parts that the company seems to want to be absolutely sure I'm not ripping them off (or so it feels). After seeing the end product I feel like this should have a $300 price tag on it

I love my new bed. I have moved into my childhood home and I need all the extra storage space I can get because of the lack of room in this tiny house!

It's a wonderful bed, bought it for my teen son in size queen. The slats are weak, and wondering if you can replace the slat that broke when we were putting the bed together for applying a bit of pressure. The other slats seem okay once the mattress is on top and the weight is evenly distributed. Wasn't sure how to contact customer service when purchased via Amazon. Thanks.

We love this contemporary bed frame, it is slimline and offers tons of storage. It took time to put together but I did it with my 15-year-old son and the process was easy. The directions and hardware were the best I've ever seen. great quality product and I highly recommend it. Check out the Novogratz family, the designers. A very interesting story! I took months trying to find a product that worked for my son's room. Very happy customer!!

Great bed frame, beautiful too! The only thing is the drawers aren’t super sturdy as they are made of some sort of plastic. But still love it!
