Good Silicone Scar Repair Gel
Yes I like this Silicone Scar Repair Gel. I am using it on the skin next to my left eye and I have had this scar for a long time now and I haven't yet been able to remove it and I have used several Scar Gels over a period of time. I am hoping that this particular Scar Gel will finally remove the rough skin of the scar as it does stand out a little being so near my eye. I am sure it will help a lot and I will let you know if this Gel finally gets rid of the rough little scar. Many thanks. Iris Henderson

Leaked bottle and broken pump
Not sure if this works as intended as I only received it yesterday. The problem I have is that the gel leaked in transit and the pump on the bottle does not work.

Pump may not work
This product is quite expensive for such a small pump pot. That might not be too bad to bear if the pump actually worked. Try as I might the pump on mine won't work. The contents - when you have to handle them - are messy in the extreme. The container gets covered in the product when you have to unscrew the top to enable access to the gel. Everything then slips out of your hand and is difficult and messy to deal with and consequently expensive - as most is being wasted.I have no idea if the product actually works as I haven't had it long enough and am really discouraged to use it.

Paid for 5, received 3 and leaked all over the bag!
Horrible product, I paid for FIVE, received THREE and the bag was full of nasty slimy gel when I opened it. Took ages to get my hands back to normal as the stuff was so hard to wash off, everything I touched was left slippery!. Then harassed by their Customer service as to why I wanted to return it!.. Amazon had already accepted the return with a label to print but Seller insisted on having a tracking number and reason over 3 messages!. I do hope I get my refund with less hassle!.

Silky smooth, easy to use and apply.
A nice pack of 3 crystal clear gels which arrived very quickly. Goes on easily and leaves a lovely silky feel. The surgical scaring I have been applying this too seems to be improving and I'm sure it is helping with the elasticity of the skin. The bottle is easy to hold, depress and control the amount of gel dispensed all in one hand.The dispenser has been totally redesigned since my purchase as the original bottles were not very user friendly. I know this as Optimum-FX have been amazing in working tirelessly to find a solution to the initial problems, contacting me to ask whether I would test the new bottle...it's great! This company really does care about providing the best possible product and service.
