This is very effective at cleaning your teeth and has all the features you could want. Any further features are just a waste. I hope it lasts better than my previous Phillips brushes but it probably won't much outlast the warranty, like the previous ones. The battery is not replaceable. Aftermarket brushes fit it and work well, costing a small fraction of the Phillips branded brushes.

After hearing that sonic toothbrushes have proven results I was unsure to switch from my oral b which works in a different way. However my teeth feel so squeaky clean with minimal efforts and my guns are not irritated anymore. The brush head is also nice and thin and gets into small spaces very easily. I highly recommend.

Ian autistic and struggle with a myriad of different sensations against my body/skin but this has worked really well.It vibrates intensely but at a manageable level and I can feel how clean my teeth are after using it. Occasionally the vibration seems stronger at times than others but that's not an issue.It vibrates every 30 seconds, before turning off after 2 mins and the battery lasts so long you may forget where you put the charger... A very easy way of brushing your teeth as all you need to do is hold it lightly against your teeth and move it a little.This is my 2nd electric toothbrush (different brand previously whose battery just died and never recovered) and I thoroughly recommend it.

Does the job well

This is my 4th Sonicare toothbrush in 4 years. I clean them regularly but they just don't last.Basically.... you get a year out of them.ONLY reason I bought another one (because they clearly have a design flaw), is due to the fact that I have a dozen spare heads here for Sonicare toothbrushes. Otherwise, I would have tried a different make.Come on Phillips... increase the life or drop the price
