Fair Indigo Fair Trade Organic Blousy Boat Neck Dress

LOVE this dress. It is sooooooo soft, so comfortable, and yet so suitable for the office. It is flattering on a curvy figure. I am a 16 and the XL fit great, with plenty of room in the arms (which is often a problem area for me) and perfect length hitting at or just a tad below the knee, so that only the thinnest part of the leg is showing. If only this dress had pockets, I would probably never wear anything else.I am updating to see that after ordering the black one, I ordered the green. First it came in L when I ordered XL. L still fit me, but I preferred the XL, so it sent it back. The second green one came with the stitching in the shoulder coming out, so I returned that one too and just gave up. I still do love the black one though!!

Gorgeous in all ways. Fair Indigo should use this color in more of their offerings.

I am normally a size 18-20US, ordered an XL and this dress fits beautifully. Really soft fabric and nice proportions.

Fair Indigo advertises this as pre-washed/shrunk, I don't see how that's possible. I purchased this dress in all three colors, plus two knit tops and one sweater from Fair Indigo (and had planned to buy a lot more). Today was the first time I've washed any of their items. I washed the red dress and the black dress, in cold water, air dry, I lost 4" in length and 4" in width on each, and quite frankly, they look horrible. They were a bit snug before, now they're 1-2 sizes smaller. And of course I'm a few days past the return window.Edit: I contacted Fair Indigo and Amazon and a return is in process. I am happy with how both companies responded.As for how the dresses fit before washing, I would say that if you're dithering between two sizes, get the larger size.

Beautiful dress. Great fit. Olive is a beautiful color. I only wish it didn't get static on the office chair.
