I would give 4.5 star if there is 1/2 star.
Pros:1) Packaging is well done; hard disk packaged separately to prevent damage on shipping.2) Video/sound is good quality.3) Two song books look nice;4) the player is good qualityCons:1) The numbers of some songs are not correct; duplicate numbers for different song titles.2) Some English songs delay the sound for a minute or so. That is when you play the song to hear the singer's sound, you don't hear the singer's voice until a minute later. This appears to happen with some English song only.Overall:Great product! great quality! and recommended.

Compact and ease of use.
This juke box is packed with 57k of song as promised, however when you recieve the unit is required to install the physical hard drive to the unit due to prevent of damage during shipping. Technical support are available when you needed help or have any concerns about the unit. I would give it a 5 star if I don't have to redownload some songs due to corruption, and had to install the hard drive to the unit. This unit also have an hdmi input which is what I'm looking for for better quality video output.
