Chef Pak Blade

I attended Culinary Arts School while working in a kitchen and did not have a Licencse to keep my items in a vechile. So I had to lug all to class everyday. Great Value for your money.

It’s very hard to find good information or reviews for this pack online. I took a chance because the Chef Pak seemed to have everything I need. It’s amazing. I can fit my 12” cimeter, 270 suji, and 240 gyuto with a saya with lots of room for other knives in the knife “roll”. My previous bag was one of the cheaper 3 zipper compartment rolls and it was always an adventure to discover which giant razor blade had come loose and was going to slide toward you upon opening. The knife case included with this pack has so far securely held my knives, and it’s hard sides protect my knives and myself. I also have my 6 or 7 pounds of tools I may or may not ever need securely held in the pack’s pocket that has tool slots. The laptop sleeve pocket keeps me from slicing my palm off on my mandolin with room in the rest of the pocket for aprons, etc. The front pocket holds lots of pens, moleskin, probe, iPhone charger etc. The water bottle sleeves will hold a Contiga coffee mug, not sure if a Nalgene bottle fits yet. I think you could put 25 pounds of gear in this pack without it failing. Great pack for chefs sick of carrying a knife roll, backpack, and a grocery bag everyday.

The knife case with this is not that good, really only a few knives fit well others are really tight. Without putting much roughness into it, the bottom is wearing down. But with all that, I am able to put a lot of stuff into it.

Fantastic item! Bought it in 2016, its now 2018, owned for two and a half years and i still use it! Only issue for me is a psycho ex girlfriend cut one stap and sliced up my knife case, still usuable and reliable tho, i recomend it to anyone looking for durability and convenient, the people complaining about the zippers breaking must be yanking or something cause all mine still work fine

I had three there not strong enough after a while they start to wear out I suggested to the company that they make it waterproof it does hold most of my things

Great pack, only downside is the last zipper pocket is missing the actual zipper, I'll have to take it in to get fixed.

Actual knife pack design doesn't work for me. Pockets to tight. The packpack itself has very few extra pockets to organize your office supplies. Stitching on straps very flimsy.
