ThorlosWomen's Lwxw Thin Cushion Walking Crew Socks

After ordering, so many different pair of socks, looking for ones that were comfortable in my work boots I finally found a pair that are amazing they’re padded. They fit well after many washings they hold up very well.

As in the headline. I bought these to break in a new pair of leather boots that were so harsh on the heels that they actually wore a hole in a pair of socks over a day. The boots are now broken in but I'm still wearing them because they're very comfortable.

I am a size 6 in Dr. Martens and bought the socks in Medium. I wore the Dr Martens Audrick 8-eye boots with silver hardware in black. The socks fit perfectly, they are a bit tighter on a wider calf but not enough to notice a circulation issue. I wore (for the first time) and bought these specifically for Halloween Horror Nights. I was walking from 1pm to 1am. I doubt my feet would have survived without these socks. My feet usually hurt in the midfoot area with these boots as the front is tightened with the laces and buckle and my foot is wider so it is usually tighter in that area but there was no discomfort there at all. The back of the foot also chafes as well during long period in these boots but these socks helped me so much! My feet were only in pain at the end of the night as I had been on them for hours. I did walk away with a skin peel on the Achilles but I did not feel the pain of it until it had peeled. I would definitely recommend these socks as I tested them to their limit and was hugely satisfied. I can now wear my boots without having to be worried about being uncomfortable.

I could not believe how thick these are on the feet. High quality for sure, and will be great for winter or for long walks. By the way, I had to go back in and edit my post. At first I rated these crew socks as too small, couldn't stand them on first trying with my running shoes. Have since tried with a different pair of extra-roomy running shoes, and with my winter boots that are sized larger. Sock size is fine! (The only thing I find a little too snug now is the elastic banding that holds up the sock, but that may be because I'm used to the diabetic-type relief socks. Will still keep them as I can fold the band and cuff down.)

i never give reviews but this socks deserve it!! they are AMAZING. so comfortable. I was using band aids to be able to use and go out with my Dr Marteens… now i dont have to. They have the support and the thickness in the perfect spots for booties. Im definitely gonna buy more pairs, because they are so worth it, e v e r y penny. More people need to now about this socks. I already share them with all of my friends and they are buying them since i told them how amazing they were.

I went looking for Thorlos socks when I bought a pair from a small shoe store a while ago. I loved the fit and comfort of those socks. When I saw these on Amazon, I decided to try a pair. They fit just like the socks I bought from the shoe store & are just as comfy. The fact that they're made in the U.S. is just icing on the cake. The only down side is they're pricier than imported socks BUT they're made so much better. I've had imported socks get holes in the toes within a month after buying them. So far, the pair of Thorlos socks I bought from the shoe store haven't had any condition issues (holes, etc.) for 5 months now and they've had a LOT of wear and tear & are holding up to that. I expect the same from these socks.

The rest of the sock is so thin, the cushion part adds comfort but is almost the feeling of a normal sock because the rest is so sheer, not as supportive as advertised but not horrible. Wish I only bought 1 pair.

I love these socks because they are supportive and the padding prevents blistering on the back of my heel where my new, not-yet-broken-in doc martens would rub.

Wear these in Doc Martin boots and Vans sneakers - no more heel blisters! Worth every penny.

Bought because I skinned the back of my heels with new wellies. Able to walk in the wellies despite blisters still healing - will order some more!

Great socks to use when breaking in a new pair of walking shoe. The padded areas provide provide great protection while not being too bulky.
