Very handy and works well
This is exactly what I was looking for, so that I can have a tape measure on me at work.I don’t do any fishing (even though that’s how this zinger is marketed), plus I’m a vegan.However, I use this on my lanyard at work to hold my security ID badge. Being retractable allows me to pull my badge to scan it at the various points-of-entry and then it snaps back into place.When I need to measure something, I just pull my badge down, and I have a measuring tape. It’s awesome, I might even get a second one for my house keys.I like the simple black design with no logos or anything, and the carabiner Top makes it easy to attach or detach completely.Good product, 5 stars.

The tape measure included is handy. The tape is not a rugged as a wire so some care is needed. Used for over a year with zero problems.

Quick and easy tool
I bought these to use for measuring fish. Not as easy as a fish ruler but much easier to access.

Worked well. Easy to read. May need a better style clip. Lost it the first time I “tested” my life vest.

Handy fishing tool
The SAMSFX Fishing Anglers Vest Pack is a handy little tool for your fishing vest. The tape measure helps you make sure your catches are of legal size to keep and the stainless steel hook on the end of the zinger is great for hanging a line nipper or other tool where it's easily accessible your not either in your way, or hard to dig out of a pocket.

Tape quality is poor
The product is fantastic. Light, easy to use and accessible. Can mark on minimum fish lengths etc.But the quality of the tape, or perhaps how it's joined to the clip is really poor. I'm guessing it's due to when yiu let it go and it retracts it wears on the tape. You can see mine from the photo is holding on by a thread now so will break on one of my next trips.

Not for work/ not heavy duty
I purchased 2 of these and they both broke within a week. I was using them for work carrying a box cutter on it which may be too much work for them. They both broke in the same place, where the tape measure meets the key ring part. The carabiner I also swapped out because it was bad quality and kept opening up.
