I like the overall mission and the way they strive to have a non toxic candle as well as the awesome wood burning wick. But as someone who is sensitive to synthetics, chemicals especially in a closed home in the winter I am very quick to know when something has synthetics, not just essential oils. I felt the listing was a bit misleading b/c it does not specify that. Even in the questions answered someone says they are all essential oils, that is not true. When I asked the company they replied they do use synthetic oils that are phalate (sp?) free. I appreciate their honesty but for me I can't have synthetic anything burning in my house, its an endocrine disruptor. I am truly amazed at how many listings here and Etsy try to skate around the fact they use synthetics, you have to be very keen. If that does not bother you then this is an awesome candle in every other way including the customer support. They mentioned they are working on a 100% essential oil candle and when that is produced I will support the company. I hope this helps others.

I bought this candle for Christmas, and while it smelled amazing, it didn’t burn like it wanted to. The owner reached out to me and sent me a new candle completely free of charge and included the Egyptian Amber candle as well. Both are amazing and the customer service went above and beyond! I still get compliments on my original Blue Spruce candle and can’t wait to burn these two. Absolutely love this company! Highly recommend!

The candles are terrific. Period. Beautifully made. My wife loves the Egyptian Amber.But, the most important part is the company itself. I purchased a candle for my daughter and it was lost somehow along the way. It was Friday,12/20 when I learned of this and we had our family party scheduled for the 23rd. One of the most important gifts for her was this candle. I contacted the company and Jeremy Michael not only felt bad about my dilemma - he made a special expedited shipment and I received it on Monday - the day of our party.This is a company that my family knows it can trust, not only making safe, healthy and beautiful candles, but also as a one that listens, helps, and cares for it's customers. Roxanna's Candles rocks !!

Loved this candle but felt that the price was a little too much. Not sure if I'd buy it again but overall happy with it for the time I had it.The cackling sound on this candle is more audible than others I've tried which is great but be careful with where you place it. I've seen embers pop out from time to time.The scent was strong and the candle lasted me almost two months of constant use.

The Egyptian Amber scent in this candle is warm, inviting, and spicy, while also being soft. Its smooth amber and musk scent has an enticing throw throughout my home that guests find welcoming, without being overpowering. It burns cleanly and lasts a good while. Quick tip to successfully light this: Carefully put the candle in one hand (only while its unlit) and turn it 45 degrees toward the hand that will light the wick. Then place it on a dish. And let it burn until the entire top layer is liquified. I find this lights it quickly. This company’s customer service is excellent and unparalleled. I had an issue with the candle at first. I contacted the seller. They responded immediately and fixed the issue. Thank you!

I have tried many candles over the last several years, Yankee, WoodWick, Bath and Body Works, Etsy, but I also come back to these. The aroma fills up a whole room and when you blow them out the room doesn’t smell like smoke and ruin that wonderful smell. The customer service is also great. Got a defected candle once and they sent out a brand new one immediately, free of charge. I’m thinking of giving these out as gifts around Christmas time!

IT smells great, but the wick is too thin, and can't sustain flame consistently. Design flaw that needs to be addressed.

I have several of Roxanna’s Candles. I appreciate the nontoxic materials used, the crackling of the burning wooden wick, each candle’s longevity and love, love, love the beautiful fragrances that fill the house. This company is one of integrity and has amazing customer service.

The media could not be loaded.  Smells identical to bath and body works sweet cinnamon pumpkin or vanilla pumpkin marshmallow (I can’t remember which) either way it’s a beautiful pumpkin pie candle/pumpkin spice latte that fills upthe room after burning for 15 min or so.Crackling sound: beyond relaxing, what I most wanted! Other then it’s soy.Size of candle: awesomeSoy candle: better for your self/kidsOver all it’s my new fave line of candles!

Scent almost non existant. Does not stay lite.
