I'm 5'2" and I weight 140lb. According to other reviewers I could use size M. According to the product size chart I should get a 2XL. I ordered M to see how it fits and...yes it was way too small...like I was missing the front part of it..lol. Super easy, no hassle return. Then I ordered the XL...(I refused to believe I needed a 2xl....lol)So, XL is just right, I had to laid on my bed and have someone help me for the first time. But it doesn't feels like im suffocating. Only thing I don't like is that it goes way under the armpit.

Getting a waist trainer with straps was an excellent choice! It doesn’t budge and feels so comfortable under clothing. The material so soft and arrived to me within 2 days. Highly recommend and would buy again

This waist trainer works well and comfortable - I use during workouts to keep my abdominal muscles engaged. I’ve lost an inch off my waist and I’m able to hold my midsection in with better posture when not wearing it. Good buy.

1st 2 pics: I ordered a 4x because my waist measured 41" (although the size chart said I should get a 5x). It was way too big.Last 2 pics: I ordered a 2x & it was just the right snugness around the waist for intense cardio & ab workouts on the outer hooks for me.The downside is that I'm 5'4" & this waist trainer is not particularly made for short people (my hands are showing how far it goes down past my torso). It 'bunches' along my lower back because it's so long (16in from top to bottom of the back). I only tightened the straps a bit seeing as I want to avoid any chaffing near the armpits, it doesn't fit directly under my bust & it condenses the little bit of hips & butt that I have because of my height. If I remove the straps, my back-fat won't be contained at all. Just not the torso fit that I wanted.

This is a great waist trainer, and the size is actually accurate to the sizing listed on the description. Fits great. Pulls me in, but still lets me breathe and move. Makes me remember to keep my belly pulled in and also helps a lot with my posture. I sit at a desk all day long and have horrible posture. With this waist trainer, I have no choice but to sit up straight, and to stand up and walk tall. Several of the girls at the office mentioned to me on the first day that I wore it (without telling them that I even had one) that I looked like I had lost 10 pounds and my boobs looked bigger! I'm going to order one in the next size down, and continue to do so until I am at the size I want to be. Am also going to give one to my sister for Christmas.Great prouduct! Highly recommend.

5’7” 215 pounds. Bought the xl, needed help from my boyfriend to get it on, but once it was on it fit great. Can move, breathe, bend, sit, stretch, clean, walk, pee, you know; everything.

I have bought many many waist trainers. This one is by far the highest quality one I have ever seen. The boning goes from top to bottom. I don’t have any funny lumps that other give me in the back. I love the thinner fabric under the arm part, to keep from rubbing and causing skin irritation. I’m so happy with my purchase. I’m about 140lbs 5”4. I ordered a medium. It’s snug, but that’s what I wanted.
