Let's start with flavour yes it's made from plastic it will taste of it if you don't wash it then use lemon juice and water and freeze it.but at the end of a the day it keeps you hydrated on a long hike and that's all it's meant to do if you want spring water you carry it.cpl down sides the filter only last 1000l and there expensive to replace but unles your hiking every day and using all the time you should get a few years use out of it if you clean it regularly.the bottle is pretty robust so if you damage it I'd say take better care of your kit.

Great for long walks where you may need to access water, but no taps. Really works well.

Good filter. Fast easy and portable and I officially didn't die or get the squits.

Bought for a multi day camping/hiking trip in Exmoor and Dartmoor. Really simple to use, with a very quick flow rate of filtered water. Allowed us to save carrying extra water weight when we were near streams, but the 1L bottle also gave us an extra option to carry 1L of unfiltered water if we thought we might need it.

Received the item fast and easy.Goo quality but I had to send it back as I was mislead to believe that it was made in Switzerland but in reality it is made in China.I will not mind if it was at a Chinese price but I find it little bit cheeky to pay such a price for a item that it was so cheap made.I already own a Katadyn pocket filter but I was looking for a more compact lighter version.Highly recommend this brand but one must pay attention to the manufacturing country of some products when buying.The quality can be inferior to the original one and this is not a thing to mess around with... it’s your life on the game at the end!

Nice and easy to use water filter, great flow rate only thing that lets this product down is the price of the replacement filters.

Great if you walk in the hills and dales,no need to carry water just fill up in a running stream or brook.

I was worried when I ordered it that the outer skin would be too fragile, however, it's a really tough membrane which has proved itself very capable of putting up with some abuse!

I like this filter. It works well rapidly filtering clean water. I use it for Lake Michigan water prefiltered for silt with a coffee filter. I still use a MSR pumped filter with a carbon component for agricultural runoff when I’m inland.

Diese Wasserflasche mit integriertem Filter ist nun seit über 2 Jahren in meinem Besitz. Ich nutze sie regelmäßig während Wanderungen. Die Durchlaufleistung ist gut. Man kann bequem direkt aus der Flasche trinken oder sie nutzen um eine andere Flasche mit sauberem Wasser zu füllen. Wenn das Filtern deutlich länger dauert, der Filter also "voll" ist, dann reicht es ihn kurz unter fließendem Wasser auszuspülen und das Filtern geht wieder schnell von statten. Auch die Qualität des Flaschenkörpers ist gut. Es zeigen sich noch keine "Knicke" oder ähnliche Schwachstellen obwohl ich die Flasche oft falte wenn sie leer ist. Alles in allem ist dies eine sehr gute Möglichkeit immer sauberes Trinkwasser dabei zu haben ohne viel schleppen zu müssen.

Swietnie sprawdzaja sie w kazdych warunkach, niezaleznie od sytuacji. To moj pierwszy zakup tego typu, jestem bardzo zadowolony. przed uzyciem polecam wyparzyc butelke ciepla woda z cytryna, aby pozbyc sie specyficznego zapachu, ktory towarzyszy nowemu produktowi.

Depuis 2 ans j'avais la befree 0.6L basique, excellent produit mais un micro-trou était apparu, bouché avec une rustine à vélo. La befree tactical semble effectivement plus épaisse et solide, je viens de la recevoir pour mes prochains trek. Le débit est excellent, se replie facilement dans le sac, plus besoin de se soucier du ravitaillement en eau, la befree est un produit inéstimable :)
