This product is really interesting. Let me start by saying, that I do not like the smell of it. I followed the directions and washed my head at bedtime. I then shook the bottle three times.I pulled my hair apart and sprayed it on my head close to my scalp, and I did not feel much. I then took my fingers and began to massage it in. That is when the cooling sensation started. I then brushed my hair, and did not really feel much. A little later I started massaging my scalp again. It started to get a warm/burning sensation. I stopped, massaging my scalp and started to brush my hair again. Then the cooling sensation started again.So, I could feel/smell it for about 30 to 40 minutes before I went to bed. My hair is thinning noticeably on the backside of my head. If I can get accustomed to the smell, and I notice it working, I will update my review.
