I've busted ribs too many times on my motorcycle. NO, I'm not going to quit. If you have to ask then you'll never understand why the answer is no. This is great protection. While my ribs were still very sensitive from a current crash I bought this, put it on, and smacked myself with a hammer. Wow, this thing works. I almost didn't hurt myself. (LOL) I also bought the shoulder pads. This is a lot more protective than the cafeteria tray style of chest protector. And has rib protection that the Pressure suits don't have. I

Great fit. Superb craftsmanship. Feels like it will last years. Designed for easy movement and will not ride up when sitting. Better have the protection and not need it. Than wishing you had wore a tekvest while recuperating in your hospital bed. 165lbs. 5'7" and the Medium fits perfect. Edit. Tekvest saved my ribs last snowmobile trip. The handle bars would've definitely broke my ribs or worse. Never ride naked... Wear your vest !!

I ended up getting the Klim version of the tek vest because it had vent holes in the padding and the standard version did not.

A must for back woods riding 3 sons and myself all wear them there really warm sometimes even hot to wear but protect those organs men

5' 10" large fits well. I wear it over my snowbibs and under my jacket. Comfortable and barely noticeable after a few rides. It keeps you warm so I replace an under layer with the vest.

vest works and is comfortable if you wear a shirt underneath. im 6 ft 170 and the medium is fine. if i did it again i would get the medium tall.
