They don’t make them like they used to?
Heads up - I have nothing besides a kids jump rope to compare this to. However, I do have a career in quality inspection, to include mechanical, that may have some value. After searching “adult jump rope” and coming up with nearly 1,000 results, why did I pick this one? I felt like based on the results it fell “in the middle” of the road. The ceramic bearings sounded premium and I like the fact the handles can accept much larger cables. The tightening mechanism looks very simple, which limits additional opportunities for failure.First impressions are good overall. The packaging is very basic but functional. The ceramic bearings I was interested in spin extremely smooth with ABEC-11 identified on them. The cables are thin but once unraveled, didn’t get tangled up. The handles are plastic, light weight, and of fair quality. There’s a rubberized tape that wraps around the handles, which may likely come apart.I used them already for two workouts and I’m impressed by how they operate compared to a basic jump rope. Smooth and fast, unlike my jumping ability. I couldn’t justify paying $88 for a jump rope I may not use in two weeks so I’m happy with my selection. It could use a few improvements though.

Great way to get your cardio in!
I'm big into fitness ...I train 5x a week but HATE doing cardio. I've seen a few trainers on social media looking pretty cool jump roping so I went ahead an purchased this jump rope. It was shipped quickly and packaging was easy to get through. It comes with complete instructions on how to adjust to your height and its very easy to use. Ive been using it after works out outside and can see improvements. Its a great alternative to running!

Good but not great.
So far it is good. Not great, but good. I like that it seems durable, and I have been using it off and on for a few weeks now, I do have the complaint of it being too light. I mess up with it more than with my other rope but it is heavier. I was hoping this one would have more weight to it but I can jump longer with it. Overall it is a good rope and if you prefer lighter ropes this will probably be perfect for you.

Take the time to adjust the length of the rope!
Great jump rope. Easy to use and smooth. Worth every penny. Gives a great workou! Here's some advice on setting the length. When you do set the length, take into account what your height would be with your running or training shoes on. I'm slightly over 5'8." With my running shoes on, I'm just under 5 foot 9 & 1/2 inches, so I went up a half inch more and set the length of the rope for someone that is 5'10," cutting 14 inches off a measured 10' rope. Measure the rope before you cut, so you know how much to cut off per the chart.

Items Are as Advertised
The item arrived quickly and is exactly as advertised. There a nice carrying drawstring bag with additional rope and hardware. it's easily adjustable to suit your height and glides smoothly and swings very quickly. Professional grade. I'm very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend it.

great for winter exercise
I bought the equipment for this winter since outside is under 40F and it's too cold to jog or hike. This jump rope is easy to use as you have a place to work out, and it burns fat quickly just in 30 minutes. If you are like me, who needs to exercise and burn fat but hates cold weather, the jump rope is a good choice for you.

Rope Issues
This jump rope set seems ok but the rope itself is a vinyl covered wire that is thin. This makes it hard to unravel and when you jump it doesn't have enough weight to fall to the ground. Thinking about taping a fishing weight to it so I can use it.

Buy with caution
It's light and easy to use but poorly made jumprope. Rubber protection worn off and metal cable broke.
