Very good customer service
The product is very good. it's lightweight, big and roomy and does the job well. There was a fear that the helmet would be very small and not breathable, but that is not the case. The plastic is a good quality and with care, will last a long time. Initially the helmet will have a plastic smell but that falls away after a few days.What I must add is that whilst tracking the package, it had said that my package was damaged and had to be returned to the seller. Upon engaging the seller to explain this to them, they were more than happy to resend another one without delay. However, this was not needed as the Amazon tracking system was not working properly compared to the seller's tracking system and the helmet arrived on due date. The seller's willingness to be helpful was very much appreciated.

Bought for my son for Halloween excellent quality. Needs aired before use due to smell but other than that its fab!

Good product.
Product came as exactly as advertised. Product does sell like some have stated previously and yes the seller should state this in description but if you have any common sense you'd know latex and plastics like this do smell after manufacturing and the smell does take a little while to go away. As per any product make of the same plastics. Would recommend.

Not a full head helmet
NOT A FULL HEAD HELMET. This is a half head mask, my children were very excited to receive these as an Easter present but they were left disappointed as it wasn’t what they expected. Change your description!!!

What can I say felt like a swim hat in bag,Didnt open it ,it was a stocking filler for 10 year old grandson.He loves it ,kids eh .

Agree was smelly but unwrapped and stored for a few weeks before assembling and it was perfect.I am not sure the assembly will withstand too much handling but is easily rectifiableGreat value for money
