Automobile Sun Visor Gun Holster

Nicely made and good materials. My only hickey is with the design. The opening for the gun is not tight, but it is bloused out. This makes it easy to hold a variety of weapons. On the other side are two, straps for magazines (I assume). The straps are sewn tightly to the backing material and are not very long. I am wondering if even a single stack .22 mag will fit. Certainly a mag of the size needed for a defense weapon will not fit. Get some black elastic an inch and a half wide. Sew your own mag holder, leaving some loose space in the unused mag loop and you will have a fine holster.

Works well for small revolvers and semi-autos. Larger framed pistols are a problem - not so much with the holster but with the spring on the visor.

Simple effective inexpensive solution. Money well spent.

Decent holster. Magazine holder is worthless. Won't even fit my Springfield XD mod2 mag...

Perfect for my Springfield XDS. Velcro keeps my pistol secure, have driven with my pistol in it for probably 6k miles and the only time it fell out of the holster is because I forgot to secure it with the velcro. Additionally, I've been pulled over by a cop before with my pistol in the sun visor holster and he didn't notice it at all. It was a speed trap and the cop didn't asked a lot of questions as he was in a hurry and I didn't need to disclose to him that I had a loaded weapon on me.

Keeps an LCP at the ready while complying with the Texas concealment laws for carrying a pistol in a car.

The product looked and seem like a good idea but unless you have a very small and light gun its worthless and way to heavy for the viser to stay up. Every bump on the road knocks it right down
