I liked the flavor and ease of use. It's been used three times and and all cleaning and storing insturtions have been followed. However, the block has cracked in a few areas. I don't think I'd buy again.

Very disappointed that I am not able to return this item since it was not mentioned upon ordering. It is much smaller than I expected and very bulky.

Was so disappointed. Ordered a second one we liked the first so much. Second one arrived split all the way across. Don’t know what happened. Never got to use it.
