Way better than I anticipated
I was not expecting to enjoy a low carb bagel. They arrived still frozen and I put them in the freezer. The first time I thawed in the microwave for 15 seconds and attempted to toast in the toaster oven. It didn’t caramelize well and seemed a little dry. Today I thawed one in the breadbox almost 2 hours and enjoyed with cream cheese spread. The natural thaw on toasted method produced a nice texture and good flavor. 120 calories and 16 grams of carbohydrates makes this a very good product.

Don't buy
Ordered 2 bags...was really looking forward to them, as I have been doing Keto for a while. One of the 2 bags, every bagel had mold on them. Gross. I took a non-moldy one to work to toast for breakfast, was not happy with the taste or texture, threw it away, and ate a Keto bar instead. And apparently they don't accept returns.

Really great when you are craving a bagel.
I have been in Keto for a couple of years and it was really nice to find these low carb bagels (I have tried others). Eaten plain they are a little dry, but with cream cheese, which is how I like mine, they are great. Not New York style and not cheap but for me they are a five.

Perfect for vegans who are watching their carbs too
If you are expecting these to be just like regular bagels you will be disappointed. They have a good taste and as a vegan who watches her carbs they are perfect. I microwave them for 20 seconds then toast them. I put on Follow Your Heart Vegan Cream Cheese and cherry tomatoes and I have a good low cal, low carb breakfast. The texture takes a little to get used to but by your 3rd bagel, you will be hooked. Only reason for 4, not 5 stars is the cost of shipping is very high.Updated November 7, 2015: Just got my last order of these and sad to say that they don't taste the same way they have in previous orders. Stored and heated them up and same exact toppings as always but these tasted flat. I don't know what the change was but not as good as before. I will have to rethink ordering them again now.

Good not Great
For a low carb bagel option, these aren’t terrible. The flavor is good, but the texture/consistency leaves something to be desired. If you toast them to be harder, like actual toast, it is less noticeable. Overall, not my favorite low carb bagel option, but palpable for the carb count.

Why I give such a low review
Searching for Low Carb, I try things and am always open for a great surprise. Please see my photo, and compare to their photo. These were so....awful in flavor - and - had Zero "Anything" on it - that I literally threw them away. well, I gave them to my church's shelter. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am and simply cannot imagine the higher recommendations. The seller did not, but Amazon did, refund me. Look at my photo :>) I do not write such a poor review lightly. And Bravo for Amazon to honor their refund policy with me.

The best low-carb bagel on Amazon
The best low-carb bagel on Amazon. I ordered a lot of low-carb and keto foods. The first thing we noticed on the previous order of another brand was how small they were. These were much better and much bigger. Normal size bagels. Maybe we were lucky but ours were perfectly soft and we ate two that day left two out to eat within the next couple days and put the rest in the refrigerator. We don’t find it necessary to put the bagels in the freezer. They stay fresh in the refrigerator. I believe the others who say their order did not come in good condition and that is a problem with this kind of thing. They need to get shipped and delivered right away and refrigerated if not eaten right away. It’s not like picking them up at the store. I found the packaging a little odd as they were well bagged but did not have product information on the bags so I had to look it up again. But I’m ordering a product online for a special purpose. I had some with cream cheese and some with avocado. I’m sure if I compared it to the best full carb bagel that bagel might win but that’s not something I would eat.

Oy vey! I'm captivated by their rye, but their bagels taste like Gefilte fish compared to real ones.
Some years ago I was watching the Subway 'sandwich artist' making wheat bread, only they turned it into '12-grain' wheat bread before my eyes by sprinkling a trace amount of 12-grain mix on top before popping the tray in their EZ-bake oven contraption. Well, I can't eat Subway's interesting taste of bread as often these days as I have a variant of pre-metabolic syndrome. It's called post-modernistic syndrome and it's not officially recognized yet, but all the medical residents are talking about it. Anyway though, I need to eat less sugar and starch, so these people have excellent low-carb rye bread that's cheap enough for a person who doesn't eat bread all that much. However, I'm guessing they took their success with bread, possibly made some token effort to adapt their formulation to the art of bagelry, then just made the crust of their bread into that of a bagel, and like Jared and friends at Subway, just sprinkle on a pinch of Everything for appearances and the ingredient list. Well I'm not fooled. I was eating them with butter at first, so I switched to cream cheese, no luck. I suppose I could have schlepped down the block to the grocer's for lox maybe, but really I'm just about perfectly satisfied these things wouldn't taste like bagels to anyone. But their multi-pack of rye bread, highly recommended...
