Colour contrast poor
The items works but the contrast between the diagnostic colours is not sufficiently apparent to be of particular value; neither is there an adequate between the default colour and the top reading. This makes the item marginally useful. Delivery was exactly on time. Regretfully, I will not order this item again.

Helpful tool -But
These stress dots are really useful in my work asa psychotherapist with anxious clients. Sadly the glue on a couple of the cards stayed on the card rather than the dot so they were useless

They don’t work - sorry.
Lots of them didn’t stick. Also they don’t work for the purpose they are intended for. I was in a near miss RTA and had a massive adrenal reaction - heart racing and shaking hands - stress dot didn’t change. Ever. Not fit for purpose. Sorry.

Great stickability - survived over 24 hours including two showers ...
Great stickability - survived over 24 hours including two showers and many hand washes. However, am not convinced of the accuracy of the colour change. I am a carer for someone with alzheimers who can be extremely demanding and even when I felt like tearing my hair out and my solar plexus felt as if it was on fire the stressdot remained stubbornly green - calm - or purple - quite/very relaxed. Maybe you just have to calibrate the colour scale according to your personal experience of stress, so perhaps in my case green is on the stressed side...who knows.
