This is not a "gift" box. The items arrived in a brown cardboard box. No packing material and nothing to make it appear like a gift. High priced item for the parts to be thrown into a box. Very disappointed in the presentation.

Sent this to my brother and his family for Christmas - they loved it. It arrived on time and was told that everything was fresh and tasted wonderful.

Disgusting. I wanted to send this beautiful gift to my girlfriend for her wedding anniversary. When she got it the box smelled so bad she opened it and the cheese was liquid like it hadn't seen a fridge for days and the meat smelled bad too. No ice packs nothing included it had to be thrown out. I have never had a problem with Harry and David gift baskets before so I'm so upset about this and no refund. If I ever order from Harry and David again it will be direct not through Amazon.
