Blankets are great, but run small. I finally bought a king-size for the queen-size bed.

If you want to buy a blanket to lay aesthetically over a chair or the end of a bed you're in the wrong place.Look- no. Look deep into my eyes as I tell you this. This is a cheap blanket with one job. One. And that one job is becoming a warmth layer in a bed that has forgotten aesthetics, presentation or folded hospital corners in service of keeping its occupant asleep under however many quilts, sheets, duvets or coverlets it takes to get the damn job done.Is the waffle knit a little loose? Sure! You can see a touch of light on the other side it's MACHINE WAFFLE KNIT. Will a pet's claws hook into and yank threads out? Of course they will! You could do the same thing with your fingernails if you had the ambition!Okay. Now that we have set expectations.It's a good blanket. I haven't washed it (it was ordered in the face of a sudden cold snap and thus was ushered into service immediately) and it added warmth and just the right pop of color to my bed. I'm sure that when I DO wash it it's going to produce lint the likes of which mere mortals cannot fathom, but that is a problem for later me and also just a byproduct of the fabric.The full/queen is more than big enough for a full sized bed. This blanket has decent weight but it can't hold up by itself- it needs sheets and a secondary quilt to complete a set.I do own two cats and so I anticipate some pet related damage but that is a feature of owning cats. I'm over it.So why the docked star? Well, the blanket was shipped to me- in a clear plastic wrapper. Like someone just plucked it off a shelf, stuck a label on it and sent it on its way, no box or anything. It arrived safe and sound but that wasn't guaranteed to be the case. I'd have liked at least a little protection.Also the color is great. I got mustard yellow because I'm not boring. And if you're smart you'll get a fun color too because I'm pretty sure all the beige currently popular in home decor and design is doing something to our brains and brother it ain't good.

Very comfortable blanket, soft and a variety of colors, lightweight and easy to clean

This is the perfect spring/summer blanket.

The blanket is mediocre quality but it will work. It shrank a bit and I had to empty the lint tray in my dryer 5 or 6 times. It’s lighter weight which is what I wanted. I laundered it and dried it by itself and it came out with a couple of snags. Next time I will buy a brand I am familiar with and spend a bit more for better quality.

It was very soft.
