Placebo, Miracle or Science? I don’t know but they work!!!
The only reason I bought these is because they were 6 bucks. I had saw on another site the same or similar product for 30 bucks and wasn’t willing to give my credit info to a site I didn’t know, so I came to trusted Amazon. Couldn’t believe I saw them here for 6 bucks. I figured they were probably knock-offs but decided to try them. Wasn’t expecting much. The day I wore them (and it’s now been about two weeks), I put them in and they were like magic. I felt more balanced, I felt straighter, I felt taller. I walk with comfort! I LOVE these. Placebo, miracle or science? I don’t know which, but they were worth the six bucks I paid, and BONUS: you get two pair! Has anyone tried the 30 dollar ones? I want to know, because I can’t imagine what they’d do!!! These are fabulous.

Good use for price
Magnets pop out a little too easy but they do relieve some back pain if you wear them consistently. Wear with socks.

These tore up my feet causing my entire sole to get multiple blisters
When I first wore these they fit my shoes ( size 11 ) perfectly. No cutting required. They were comfortable at first when I wore them. I walked around 10 miles that day and around mile 5 I had notable soreness on my feet. Thinking it was just from walking I didn’t pay attention. At the end of the day and around 10 miles it was obvious my feet were covered in blisters. Wether it was shoes that were too big or the insoles I’m not entirely sure. After not wearing these again and walking the same distances I decided it was the insoles tearing my feet apart and causing the blisters. I would not recommend these for anyone that does long distance walking. May be good for casual use at home or a quick trip to the store. However if you plan on going to an amusement park leave them at home.

This product is great!
I liked that cutting lines were on the sole for my size. I use these in my slip on shoes. I didn't remember to only ware these for a few hours the first day, for my feet to get used to the raised reflexology points and my feet were a bit sore. The second day and on, I used them for the whole day and it was just fine. I didn't see the listed gauss measurement of the strength of the magnets, and am guessing they are about 400 gauss strength( a lower strength for a safer use). If anyone knows the gauss for this product for sure, please list it so others will know. I liked buying 2 pairs together for a great price.

Not a one-size-fits-all product
It's my fault for purchasing these thinking that a one-size-fits-all foot product may fit my feet. But it's mechanically impossible. An insole with magnetic strips that fit a men's size 12 will not line up with a woman's size 7.I am a women's size 7 and the magnetic strip that's supposed to line up with my foot pad actually line up with the tips of my toes, which sort of defeats the purpose of acupressure. I think it would be more accurate to label this specific product as men's/big feet size only.Still, I cut these to size and wore them everyday for 3 months and felt no benefit at all. Cheap product, cheap results I guess

Unbelievable how well they help
It takes a little bit at first to get used to the feeling of the nipples but after you do they really do relieve pain from back issues

Walking is better.
I have previously purchased this product. They help me, but certainly don't cure the problem. I have neuropathy in my feet that was caused from a compressed disc between C4 and 5 a few years back. I had surgery; it took away the pain in my shoulder but left me pain in my feet. I have been wearing the insoles for about 6 months now. I have them in all the shoes I wear. I don't leave home without them in. However, they don't work for everybody. I referred a friend, and he said they did not help him at all. The price is not bad at all so giving them a try is certainly worth it.They have helped me. By the way, the magnets will dislodge from the insole from time to time. Just push um back in and your ready to go.
