Seller bundled to rods with duct tape. Duct tape glue/residue will have to be cleaned off or ends cut off. I'll get these elsewhere next time.

USPS delivered an open and empty box. I notified the seller, HYW Products, who resent the order in short order. While I didn't like having to wait for the product, I thought they handled it well and I will order from them again.

Ordered 2 Lbs of welding rod. It wasn't 2 Lbs. Returned and got a replacement. It was less than advertised as well. Chose to keep it instead of returning it again. Will not purchase again.Customer Service was lacking as well.

i am learning to tig weld with these rod. they appear to work well, i think it is me who has the problem.
