It stops bloating and also I’ve realised it does cut my cravings and reduces my appetite honestly give a try. I would say tho it would be nice if they were cheaper

Loved this tea. Its a bit more expensive for the amount received but it settled my stomach and had a lovely mild taste.

Bought these a while ago, loved them I physically and mentally noticed and felt a difference in my self. But I won't be paying for them at that price again due to the cost of living. I simply can't afford it. If you have the money defo purchase. I would recommend

I decided to buy this after reading someone’s review about lower back and abdominal pain, since I’ve been experiencing the same thing. I didn’t expect for it to work so well, but I felt relief the same day. I also struggle with using the restroom consistently, and I had a BM within the hour. I’ve been drinking this for three days now, and I’m still experiencing more and more relief, as well as regular BM. No side effects and the taste is tolerable, though I add a little honey. I highly recommend this tea.

But I will say I enjoy the taste of the tea. I typically drink this after a meal (lunch or dinner) and it seems to help with digestion. For that feeling and the taste I rate it well.

For several months, frankly most of the year, I have had lower back pain and my nose has been stuffed. I brewed this with a satchel of Peppermint Tea from Harney & Son's and was wow'ed as I began to burp a lot. It was sort of like the scene in Willy Wonka where Charlie and his Grandfather rises up the ventilation system. Then, of course it stopped, my lower back felt fine! It was amazing.Then after 3 more days, I started to feel more energetic. Following this, my nose cleared up, too. Highly recommend this. I also mix it with Traditional Medicinal's Organic Ginger Tea, too, Harney & Son's Yellow & Blue Tea (Lavender and Chamomile), and Costco's Ito En Green Tea with Matcha satchels.

I purchased this product because it was an item listed for a detox diet. Doesnt taste as bad as I thought, though makes me very sleepy and always end up taking a nap 30 minutes to and hours after drinking

This tea detoxifies and is so yummy. I'm actually enjoying a cup right now so I had to write this review before I forgot :-)
