Not as expected
We have ordered samson ropes in the past and been very pleased with them. The rope we previously purchased was also 1/2 in so when we received this one we immediately noticed it was smaller than the one we have. When my fiance used it in his rope runner he didn't adjust it cause we thought they were the same size. It was smaller than the previous one and he had to adjust it so the rope wouldn't slip though I contacted the seller and they basically acted like I didn't know what I was talking about and of course it was the size that was advertised. From now on we will be ordering directly from samson themselves and not through a third party company
