This is my first time trying sunflower seeds oil, wonderful 👏 i like everything, thanks. It really works for me, my hair and body love it.

I use this sunflower oil on my face,neck,hands and anywhere else on my body to moisturize. I only use natural oilson my face and my skin has no problems.

I really really loved what this grapeseed oil did for my skin, HOWEVER, I did not realize that it affects your hormones. I just had an entire panel done and could not figure out why my progesterone was so stinking high! I had changed absolutely nothing in my diet, exercise routine or supplements. Then it dawned on me that I had started using this on my face at the end of April. Did some research and, sure enough, it can increase your progesterone. Oy. Explains all of the side effects I was having and why it got so high. Hate that I have to quit using it bc I really do like the results as far as the condition of my skin but can't deal with these side effects. That is the only reason I did not give it five stars. If you are looking to better your skin and increase your progesterone, by all means, knock yourself out, lol!
