Family Grain Mill Meat Grinder Attachment - Grind Fresh Meat, Cheese, Fruits, and Veggies with Ease and Precision Meat Grinder, Made in Germany, BPA Free

I purchased this grinder because of all the reviews from the KitchenAid accessories and other common knock-off products that expressed issues with metal shavings in the meat and/or poor performance overall. What's interesting is I did experience just a tiny bit of the greying that others had experienced but I RARELY had any of it and when feeling it, it didn't seem like metal shavings at all, perhaps associated with heat or otherwise from the grinding. It was nearly non-existent so I don't consider it an issue. Other grinding attachments had multiple blade types and sizes but this comes with just one, however, this one is a perfect size for burgers, meatballs, regardless of type of meat. In addition, this was stated to be made in Germany and some of the documentation supported this so you'll hopefully deal with less lead from Chinese-made products. I make great burgers now for a bit less money...so fresh and the cuts of meat I enjoy.
