I need 14 K or better gold posts. These posts are not causing an allergic reaction so I am 100 percent happy. The look great.The posts are very flimsy. I can only get the screws to twist a short way up so the stones sag on the front. I do not recommend them. Expensive mistake.

The back of the earrings couldn't screw in tight enough. The thread on the post was only on the tip. I had to keep pulling the earrings in the back to keep them from sagging. The backs were extremely small making it difficult to pick up, grip and screw in. It was very disappointing because I loved the setting and quality.Suggestion to the company: Use traditional backing and extend the threading to half of the post. It will make it easy to adjust the tightness desired.

Most of the complaints in the negative reviews here are valid: the earrings are too small (they're almost microscopic, but pull out a ruler and look at what 2mm is... it's accurate); the backings are hard to use (the screw-on backings themselves are microscopic as well as rather stiff to turn, at least for the 2mm studs I bought, making handling them extremely fiddly); and the posts are designed poorly (they are shorter than a typical stud, but the threading is only at the very top and the backing has a closed end like a cap so you can only screw the very tip of the thin and malleable post into the backing). However, for my purposes, none of these things presented a problem. I needed a tiny stud for my third lobe piercing, I have good fine motor skills, and with the earring being so small there is no issue with the stud drooping from the backing being so far away on the post from the stone setting. Just remember, 2 mm is TINY -- it'll be like trying to handle a little grain of couscous.

Two friends gave me earrings for Christmas this year and I was sad because I gave up on wearing earrings 10 years ago due to my overly sensitive ears becoming inflamed and bleeding every time I wore them - even those specifically for sensitive ears. So, rather than return them, I did a little research and learned that 14k gold is the best metal for sensitive ears and because these had smooth looking backs I decided to give them a try to sleep in and hopefully let my lobes heal enough to wear the ones I got for Christmas occasionally. Even though my ears were already irritated and closed up after trying to wear the gifted earrings for a few hours the night before, I put these in as soon as they arrived and promptly forgot I was wearing them because they were so comfortable! Even while sleeping, they did not poke my neck, and again, I forgot I was even wearing them because there was no pain or irritation. They look beautiful and sophisticated as an extra bonus. Thank you for giving me the ability to wear earrings again!

I'm not someone who likes to put in earrings every day. I decided to purchase a pair with screw on backs that I could leave in, would stay put, and not poke into my skin behind my ear when laying down. These work great! Very comfortable! Can sleep in them without any discomfort. Recommend!

Positive: My ears have not turned colors due to the 'gold' (I still don't think they're gold for this price but whatever, so long as they don't turn my ears green).Negative: The posts are VERY THIN. The backs only screw on so far & then (unless you have some fatty lobes) they droop, I had to buy a spacer for between the back of my ear & the screw on back so they wouldn't sag.Overall happy with purchase once I doctored them up a bit.

We had a problem at the outset but the product was replaced and all is well. The customer service of the this company is remarkable. They called me and replaced the first set of ear rings and then when the replacement came, they called me and emailed me and informed me that should I encounter any problems whatsoever, to notify them directly and they would do whatever what necessary to make me happy. While the earrings are pretty and look quite real, the issues are the earring backs. They “screw on” but never flush to the back of ear, so once they “lock” on, that’s it. Therefore the earrings also won’t lay flat on your lobe since you can’t screw the back any tighter. I tried to remedy by buying silicone backs, and they’re too big (the post and backs to this earring are VERY delicate). So as a result I’m not wearing very often
