Very Effective!
I exercise at home as I can't afford a gym membership and over the course of the year I have accumulated my own equipment for the home.I have since added a day of core exercises to my weekly routine so I thought I would go for this roller as recommended by my friend who is a Personal Trainer.This is brilliant, it is very sturdy and robust for an affordable product and gives my entire core and lower back a fantastic workout. To get the most out of it, I recommend starting in a standing position and then rolling it out as far as you can go before rolling back to the standing position again.As one reviewer has said, it really does smell (almost of petrol) but it isn't enough to put me off using this and lets face it... you're not buying it for the aroma!Very good product and effective, defo recommended

Ab rollers are best piece of equipment for ab workout
Have yet to use this properly as still working on my abs xDHowever, when I have used it, it has been good quality.Just keep in mind that the 2 wheels are not fixed together and do have slight room to slide from left to right.Apart from me nit picking at that minor issue it is a good quality product :)

Fitness wheel
Prompt service BUT.... It arrived with only one rubber handle (sleeve) on it!! I soon found out why.... I'm guessing that in despatch they got fed up with trying so, left it off.... I failed too....even after rubbing washing up liquid onto the chrome bar 🙈.... gave up and bought a pair of handlebar sleeves.... job done BUT for 12 quid I expected better.....

very cheaply made and feels like it won't support your body as you drive it ...
Is that it?? very cheaply made and feels like it won't support your body as you drive it forward. It could have done with some instructions or top tips for best results etc, don't think it will end up being used and will probably end up in the charity shop!
