The good : Decent price point, acceptable sound, good for an office where you won't be blasting music any. Compact, good fit to my desk and not taking up a lot of spaceThe bad: The cords from the two speakers to the sub woofer is not long enough, period. I can't put the sub woofer on the floor, I had to raise it up to be able to have the speakers where I want them on my desk. It may be possible to take and put an 1/8th inch cord and extend it, but that defeats the price point. Ideally, that cord needs to be about 2 feet longer.

I just received this system in the mail and I was really excited to hear how they would sound. Now I'm no audio expert - but these speakers (or at least the specific ones I received) sound horrible. I don't know if I just got unlucky and mine are just defective but the vocals in my music are almost inaudible and everything sounds like it was played live in a huge auditorium with bad recording technology. The description says 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I'm not satisfied because these speakers make all of my music sound like poop.EDIT: They fixed the problem by sending me a new subwoofer. Sounds great now! Thanks Joseph - great customer service.

This is a pretty good deal for the price. I literally just set it up. If anything changes I'll be back here to re-write my review.I live in an apartment and wanted to use my computer set up as the main source of entertainment. So I figured some speakers and a sub would be a necessary purchase. Once I saw this package I thought that it was perfect. Small Inexpensive with decent reviews.The sound is pretty powerful for such a small package. I'm actually pretty surprised. There shouldn't really be a reason to crank it up all the way.. I turned it up a quarter of the way and you could hear it through out my apartment. The sub isn't turned up much and it is delivering a good punch.So sound and quality so far has met my expectations.The only thing that I don't like about it is that the cords are really short. Personally I like to have some length with my computer set up. My mouse is a Naga Razer and the cord is wicked long, but it is perfect for me.The cords for sub to pc is about 2-4 ft at most. the cord from the speakers to sub are about 2 feet. If you're wanting to use this as a main sound system for your home then you're going to want to get some extensions. Right now I have my sub set up behind my monitor because it can't reach the small table I have next to it and still have the speakers set in-front of the monitor.So all in all it has great sound and drive for such a small set up. It's well worth the price.I should have expected the cords to be short but this is a lot less then I would have imagined.

I love them a lot :) I am actually a recording artist and I bought these for one of my gaming computers, and hey they sound almost just like my pro recording sub-woofers and speakers. Buy them people!!! Also good seller, good job :)

This unit works extremely well for the price, and does exactly what I needed it to do -- give me decent sound for a "notebook replacement" unit that fills in for a deceased desktop. I think the sound it more than adequate, and the price was outstanding.

Poorly constructed, sound is terrible - even for inexpensive speakers. Spend the extra $10+, if you can, to get something that will last and have decent sound. Can not recommend even for budget-minded.

I have two faults with this system: 1. It hums loudly when not in use 2. The power button is on the back. For ease of use, it would be nicer if the system had a power button on the front.The bass is loud! All in all this is a moderate computer speaker system.

The only reason I had to give this item 4 stars is that the on/off button is in the back and when you have in assembled in your desk it is difficult to get to the on/off button. Otherwise, it is absolutely a great product!
