Q: Do these cause a reaction that turned the skin green/black?

I can honestly say that I had the same concerns about that. Yet, I wear them all the time and they do not cause any type of irritations to my skin. They use quality metal for the studs and the lotus has not shown any signs on me. I have a lot of issues with metals. So I'm very happy with this product. I left the studs in for three days and my ears were great.
