Fisher & PaykelForma Full Face Mask Cushion and Seal (Small)

My husband's mask insert needed to be replaced and our insurance was giving us a hassle. They wanted us to buy a whole new mask & hose which he didn't need. Plus they wanted to charge us an insane price. I came here to Amazon and was thrilled to find this for his mask! It's the exact one for the size & brand he needs. Since he put this piece in he's been sleeping better & his mask doesn't leak. We're very happy we found this!

They are different than regular manufacturer , mine leaks no matter how I adjust it , wouldn't buy again

This mask is great, last much longer than the one Medicare provides.

LEAKS! I'm wondering if they gave me sloppy seconds. I could not for the life of me get it to stop leaking around the bridge of my nose. Sooooo frustrating. Had to buy another one elsewhere.

I have used this item a lot in the past, and had very good luck. However I am having a lot of trouble with leaks with my last purchase. The leaks are on the bridge of the nose and the cheeks. It starts out working good but then later I am awaken with leaks

The item description indicates this fits the FlexiFit 432. It does fit in the mask and the foam and silicone components match up perfectly with the frame. I suppose I misunderstood this to mean the Forma was equivalent to the FlexFit 432 foam and seal. It isn't... Unfortunately, this is not a 100% match to the FlexiFit. The item is high quality and does work but it doesn't fit me as well as the FlexiFit and leaks. The Forma (Large) seems slightly smaller than the FlexiFit (Large).

This guy was a life saver over the holidays. DME companies want to charge you so much and those of us with high deductible plans don't want to have to pay for overpriced supplies due to some badly negotiated rate by our insurer.
