This scraper’s edges are so sharp. It might be good for professional bakers who have to cut a big amount of dough. I personally just make homemade sourdough bread every often and didn’t feel confident to work with this.

Very sharp, cuts almost like a knife. A good feature, when aware of it. But I cut myself the first time I used it, since I didn't know it was sharpened on one of the sides also.My bad.

This and my cooks knife are the only two things I will use every single time I'm in the kitchen. Great for collecting diced/chopped ingredients to transfer to the pan and for clearing up your workspace. Also considerably better at portioning dough than my old plastic equivalent due to the sharper edge. Measurements very useful as a guide for slicing veg to a specified width. Wouldn't be without one of these in the kitchen.

I really like the way that it cuts through my dough mixes, so much better than trying to use a knife. The measuring system on the blade is very handy for getting equal portions of dough.
