ResMed Climate Line Air Heated Tube for ResMed AirSense 10 & AirCurve 10, 37296

I tried to send 30 second video to show what's wrong with this product but it doesn't load to this site. The new hose doesn't come with the correct Union to fit my mask.They sent me the same product without the coupling twice. Without the coupling attached to the hose to connect the mask, it's worthless. It's very frustrating.Now I have to waste time and gas to return this hose twice. Why wouldn't they attach the coupling(s) to fit whatever mask a customer has??? Makes no sense!

The heated tube has made all the difference in the world for my sore throats. I am not interested in breathing in hot air, but what this tube does really well is help the machine manage the humidity of the air so much better and I no longer wake up from "rain outs". Get this tube, it's cheap enough just to try and I bet you will be shocked at how much better it makes the CPAP experience.

I had an issue with moisture, so I ordered a heated hose. The first hose arrived damaged, so I had to return it and ordered a replacement.The replacement hose arrived, hooked it up, and I no longer get rained out, it does what it is designed to do. I sleep with the window open, as I like the cool air, so moisture in the hose was an issue.. Using a non-heated hose I used to fuel the humidifier tank every 3 days, I am now filling it daily. I deducted 1 star as it has a slight smell of new vinyl molding when I first put it on, but it lasts for a few breaths and it is uunnoticible. I am hoping the smell goes away after a few weeks of being aired out.

Very bad chemical odor coming from tube when in use. Unusable.

Although this tube was packaged as a new looking product, there was a very strong musty dank smell coming from the tube when we opened the package. My husband insisted it was fine, that it was "new" but on the second night sleeping with it the smell was just too rank, so he switched back to his old tube. I don't know where that musty smell came from, but it indicates moisture was previously in the tube, and it is unusable. It's a complete waste of money.

This is a must have to prevent rain out in your Cpap! I love this hose. My insurance now pays for me to get it from my Durable Medical Equipment provided. I wouldn't be with out it. I also put the resmed cozy cover on it. It tends to last me around a year or more.

I swapped out the regular CPAP hose that came with my ResMed AirSense 10 machine with the ResMed ClimateLineAir Heated Tube. After using it for two nights I'm sold on the upgrade!Connecting the heated tube was easy and automatically identified by my CPAP machine. All settings remained on 'Auto' and the system was cleaned by my SoClean 2 sanitizer prior to use.I did preheat my humidifier chamber prior to my first use and did not for the second. For me, I prefer not pre-heating. I felt the heated tube and the water were just too warm for me to feel comfortable.The heated tubing still allows for moist air, but not 'wet' to be breathed in via the CPAP hose. I use a Philips Dreamwear with cushion (not in nose pillows) in conjunction with this hose. For me, this is an excellent combination. I'm sleeping more soundly and waking up with less congestion. I don't feel 'dry' either.Received this item new in retail packaging and will buy more as the need arises. Well worth the upgrade!--------------------NOTE: The hose didn't want to seem to connect to the elbow joint on my mask. Then I noticed the old hose had a white piece of plastic that seemed to be stuck. Over time, the rubber on the hose ends can attach tightly to the other connectors and you may need that white piece to connect your ClimateLineAir to your mask, so maybe take a photo with your phone of the old connection prior to attaching your new hose.---------------------------

Works great. I can now turn up the humidity with out getting drowned out and don't wake with that dry mouth.
