Very nice product
Although this product can be considered expensive (I would since I usually have it in one serving) I think it is a fair price to pay for WILD Cod livers. I have had quite a few tins of these and all have been very good quality and no bad tins. It is a good ratio of oil:actual liver. You can tell they are relatively fresh as they do not stink of fish despite most old rancid cod liver tablets usually stinking of fish. Good quality fish oil shouldn't be so unappealing that you can't drink it.I much prefer to stock up on a few tins of this I usually just eat it by itself and the oil is pretty versatile (taste it and decide what would go well with it). I would be much happier eating wild fish organs than any part of farmed fish and it is very nutritious although I would limit your serving as there will probably be pollutants building up in the fish liver which isn't really a problem for humans unless you significantly over-consume.It is a pretty fatty product at 65g of fat per tin (115g) I am pretty sure although I could be mistaken. These are mostly healthy fats and can really boost a fat intake very easily. I really enjoy the taste and sometimes I think I prefer it to actual fish as it is very flavour-some. Gets you weird looks when you say that you love Cod Liver but it is a great tasting product for my palate so I will continue buying it :)

Not what I expected
I didn’t know what expect with the taste have never tried it like this . I was pleasantly surprised how it tasted there was no fish taste more a soft moose consistency quite pleasant.I ate half on opening it half the next day it tasted very fishy . The moral of review is eat it same day you won’t get fishy taste if you don’t mind fish taste use half and eat rest next day .Overall a good buy great health benefits.

Excellent quality but expensive.
Excellent taste with many key vitamins & minerals. Only buy occasionally as quite expensive.

Well worth the price. Very tasty.
I bought one tin as a tester. I wasn't sure what to expect having previously only eating cod liver oil off a spoon. This whole food tinned liver is a different expereice all together. Very tasty and smooth, not over powering at all, nice on toast. I aim to have 1 to 2 tins a month. I will def order more to get me through the winter.

Food is thy medicine
I love this as a natural food supplement for vitamin D and those essential fatty acids. People are popping too many artificial supplements yet still eating a bad diet. I have reversed many health issues by eating nutritionally. I eat this twice a week as food is thy medicine. Food will heal you.

Strong taste. High potency.
Goodness! This is strong stuff.Recommended by Dr. Berg, but he love strong tasting foods. The texture is pretty slimey. Consistency is very soft and saturated with a tin overly full of a powerful oil.May well be rich in nutrients but, for me, unpalatable, even when mixing with salads or cooked foods to enable swallowing. But it overpowers everything.Aroma is quite strong but decreases over time.Kept in a foodbag with kitchen paper to ensure oil doesn't spread and to ensure the aroma doesn't affect the entire fridge.

Delicious!
Bought it to make a traditional recipe from my homecountry - stuffed boiled eggs with cod liver with some fried onion. The taste is very delicate and very good! A bit too expensive though (or maybe I'm used to the prices of cod liver where I'm from)
