great variety. smoked a little bit but not enough to set off the smoke detector or catch the envelope on fire.I had these growing up and it's a lost art of using them. It makes me feel my "snail mail" is going out a bit safer

They worked great when I couldn’t use the beads due to weather conditions.

These make a fantastic flexible wax, however the wick burns super poorly. However the quality of the wax and the variety of colors, more than make up for the fact. I recommend cutting up the wax and melting it in a spoon for best results

I was surprised to see that the wax and colors looked exactly as the picture and description. I was most pleasantly surprised at how well they burn and easily. I would like to recommend these wax sticks.

Loved all the color choices.

I'm new to wax sealing, and wanted to personalize my letters to my pen pal. I wish I had done more research about the methods of pouring; you can either melt pieces of wax in a spoon and pour it from there or drip straight off of a stick of wax like these.I'm not sure if it's user error or not, but I'm having a really difficult time getting the wax to melt; I've tried rotating the stick, melting with various angles, nothing seems to be helping. I'll get a dime size puddle on the page then the flame gets snuffed out. I have to continuously keep my lighter on the stick in order to get enough wax on the page, but then I can't control the dripping very well or I'll burn my fingers. (and I did try multiple colors, it isn't just the shimmery wax sticks)I wish the wick was made of a different material than cotton; it just burns away far too quickly and isn't strong enough to power through the wax. I'm aware that this method takes a long time and is almost meditative to some, but if if I have to keep lighting the wick every 5 seconds (no exaggeration) then there is no point is there? I suppose that could be it's own ritual in a way.I'll still be using the wax though since it is good quality. Probably just chop them up into pieces and melt them. 3 stars since the wax did come as advertised. I just wish I had bought a wax melting kit with a spoon in it in the first place. It seems the more beginner friendly option.

I saw this wide colour range & they don't disappoint. There are times in crafting when the basic colours are not suitable, but with this collection there is a shade close to every possible colour choice I could make
